What to bring:
To meet with an orthopaedic surgeon from the Park Clinic, you must first receive
a referral letter from a registered doctor. Please remember
to bring this letter, along with all other information
supplied by your referring doctor, including reports,
x-rays and MRI scans. If you forget any of this information,
you may not be able to consult with your specialist.
It may also be useful to bring any information relevant
to your medical history, such as current medication,
allergies and any ongoing medical problems.
When to arrive:
It is best to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to
your appointment, so that you have time to fill out
paperwork such as your patient registration form.
Getting here:
Please note that we are located in Gipps Street East

The car park is open from 6am-10pm weekdays.
Metered parking is also available in the surrounding
streets of Grey, Gipps and Clarendon Streets. We advise
NOT to park in a 1/2 hour meter.
Gipps Street is accessible by public transport with
trams travelling along Victoria and Wellington Parades.
The nearest train station is Jolimont, approximately
5 - 10 minutes walking distance.
