Bandages / Back Slab plaster	14 Days

Off Work - Office - Standing occupation	2-3 Weeks 6-8 Weeks
Crutches	2-3 Weeks
Non Weight Bearing	2 Weeks
Partial Weight Bearing	4 Weeks
Cam Walker	4 Weeks
Walking freely	~ 6 Weeks
Foot remains swollen	12 Weeks
Final result seen	14 Weeks

Take regular analgesia 4-6 hourly throughout Post-Op period.

Take 2 Panadol 1 hour before Post Op visit.
