The Park Clinic Orthopaedic Surgeons

The Park Clinic consists of a team of seven highly skilled orthopaedic surgeons who are all leaders in their respective areas of specialty and expertise in orthopaedic surgery.

Mark Blackney - Foot & Ankle Specialist

Mark Blackney exclusively treats disorders of the foot and ankle. Sports medicine is one of the specialities of Mark's practice and he provides advice and treatment to various sporting clubs at the local and national level. Mark has helped popularise the Scarf/Akin osteotomy - a treatment which has revolutionised the management of bunions.

Robert Howells - Knee, Hip and Shoulder Specialist

Robert Howell's private surgical practice at the Park Clinic specialises in surgery of the hip, knee and shoulder, with particular expertise in arthroscopic surgery and reconstructive techniques. He has extensive experience in joint replacement surgery, including revision surgery for loose or worn implants.

Christos Kondogiannis - Knee & Hip Specialist

Christos Kondogiannis' main expertise is in knee surgery and sports orthopaedics.
He specialises particularly in arthroscopy, knee reconstruction and knee replacement.

Hayden Morris - Knee Specialist

Hayden Morris specialises in surgery of the knee and performs over 1,200 procedures per year. He is an expert in the traditional fields of arthroscopy, reconstruction and knee replacement surgery. Hayden is also at the forefront of newer techniques, including autologous cartilage implantation and meniscal replacement, and has developed a new minimally invasive knee replacement.

John Salmon - Shoulder, Elbow & Hand Specialist

John Salmon performs surgery predominantly on the shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand. Approximately 75% of his surgery performed is on the shoulder, much of which is athroscopic or arthroscope assisted. His interests include sporting injuries, rotator cuff injury and joint replacement.

Richard Dallalana - Upper Limb & Knee Specialist

Richard Dallalana's expertise is in the management of shoulder disorders, with a specific focus on arthroscopic techniques. His other areas of specialty are in elbow and knee surgery including arthroscopy, ligament reconstrcution and joint replacement.

Jason Harvey - Hand & Wrist Specialist

Jason Harvey joined The Park Clinic in 2008 after completing a hand and peripheral nerve surgery fellowship in Sydney. He specialises in hand and wrist surgery, including wrist arthroscopy.
