Operation Information & Post-Op Guidelines Surgery: Foot & Ankle Arthroscopy HOSPITAL STAY DRESSINGS Bandages - then replace with cutifilm and tubigrip | 2 Days | | Appointment for Suture Removal | 10 Days | MOBILISATION | Elevate foot | 3 Days | | Crutches | 3-7 Days | | Partial weight bearing | 1 Week | | Walking freely | ~2-3 Weeks | WORK/DRIVING RECOVERY Foot remains swollen Final result | 8 Weeks 12 Weeks | Take regular analgesia 4-6 hourly throughout Post-Operative period (14 days). Take 2 Panadol 1 hour before Post Op visit. These timeframes should be used as a guide only and may vary for individual patients based on the nature or extent of the actual surgery performed and individual circumstances.
